Coolerguys.com usually ships only by registered shipping methods. 

Some items are extremely small and can easily ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) at a very low risk of loss.  If you prefer you order ship by USPS put your request in the comment section (last page during checkout process).  You can also email us ( orders@coolerguys.com ) but some emails are not answered until after items have been shipped.

We try our best to fill customer requests but USPS shipping is at our option.  Best way shipping is defined as the least expensive shipping method between UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Our shipping prices reflect actual costs of shipping..  If you think we have overcharged or added unfair pricing please let us know.  Be aware we are located in the far Northwest corner of the country.

All orders shipped UPS ground maybe shipped by other ground shipping methods at our option.   If you have a shipper preference please send a comment with your order and we will try to accommodate.
