    To receive an RMA number please e-mail your order number along with items you wish to return to

    For Refund
    Our return period for a refund is 30 days from the date of delivery. 
    To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new sellable condition and with any original packaging. 

    For Replacement
    All Coolerguy(s), CG and Cabcool branded items come with a 3 year replacement warranty, all other brands we will replace within 30 days after which you must contact the manufacturer. 

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned
    Liquid / Water Cooling systems and related items are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
    Their returns handled direct, if you need additional information on the warranty or help in contacting them let us know.
    Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    There are certain special situations where we may grant partial refunds however they are at our discretion.
    Some manufacturers handle all replacements direct, if you happen to have such a product we will respond to your RMA request with their contact information.

    If you are approved and your return is received you will receive a credit which is automatically applied to your original payment method account within 1 business week

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us with a tracking # and we'll look into it, on rare occasions packages can be sorted incorrectly.

    Be aware it can sometimes take up to 3 business days for the credit to appear on an account

    To return your product after you receive a return approval you should mail your product to the following address:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipment.
