Work real well

These silicon fan mounts are excellent! Holds the 120 mm replacement fans very securely and without any vibration! I did have a slight problem with my order. I received less mounts than I ordered but with one quick phone call, Jason took care of me and shipped the remaining mounts out by end of day! These flush anti vibration pull mounts are incredible. I had to move two 140mm fans multiple times during installation. These mounts are flexible and durable. I was able to pull them through with no problem and remove them without them breaking. It allowed me to mount flexibly when fan holes didn't line up, simply put in an adjacent hole and pull through at an angle. These things hold tight and are silent. I'm happy I stumbled onto someone mentioning this product. These are excellent and well worth the price.
