This order was received after hours on Friday the 21st of September and shipped the first business day we were back in the office on Monday the 24th. We are a small company and do not work weekends.
Brandon had sent us a few e-mails but they were very early in the morning on Monday before we were open, we promptly replied to him that same day.
We use shopify as a checkout / platform and orders cannot be edited by anyone, even by us, so there must have been some mistake when adding items to the cart.
We've reached out to Brandon and offered him a solution to resolve the issue.
